Maine Trail Running Retreat By The Lake is happing on June 21-23 at Flagstaff Hut in collaboration with Maine Huts and Trails. Participants can expect guided trail running, yoga, swimming and cold plunging, functional running exercises, lakeside lodging, and high protein plant based meals. All running levels are welcome. You don't want to miss this opportunity to run in the Maine woods, meet like minded and health-focused individuals, and unplug from your fast paced life.
