This is a very easy trail which delivers nice waterfall views at the end. Sitting on the rocks by the falls makes for a nice picnic spot.

The trail leaves from Daicey Pond Campground about 11 miles along the Tote Road from the Togue Pond Gatehouse - Baxter's South Gate. The drive takes about 40 minutes given that speed limits are 20mph and it's a winding dirt road that isn't always wide enough for two vehicles. There are probably 8-10 parking spaces at the trailhead.

The trail leaves from the parking lot, starting off a little muddy, but not awful thanks to the small boardwalks. It makes a very gradule uphill then turns flat on a well maintained part of the AT with minimal roots and rocks. You arrive first at Little Niagara about 150 feet off the main trail. A little farther down the trail is a side trail to the top of Big Niagara Falls. At outhouse at the parking lot is very convenient for before or after the hike.
