Point Series: DR Series Race #5 of 14

This is a 16.5 mile, white water race. It begins in the Town of Kenduskeag and finishes near the confluence of the Penobscot River in downtown Bangor. The drops are class II and class III, and there are two mandatory portages.

There are 4 options to register:

1. Download the 2022 registration form and return the form with your payment.
2. Register and pay online via Bangor Parks & Recreation (beginning April 8)
3. Register one day before or the day of the race (April 15-16), cash or check and in person only at the Bangor Parkss & Rec office.
4. Register in person by visiting the Bangor Parks & Recreation office and any time.

Registration is $60 per paddler until April 14th;  $75 per paddler if registering on race day eve or race day (April 15-16). No refunds are issued after one week before the race.

You may pick up your race bib and shirt at Bangor Parks & Recreation office, 647 Main Street, Bangor,  April 11-15 (preferred); you may also pick up your bib and shirt on race day at the park in Kenduskeag 8:30am- 9:30am.

There will be no breakfast this year, but brown bag to go goodies will be available at start of the race by donation. 

The race staff reserves the right to determine a paddler's final race classification.
