About This Event

Walking is one of the best forms of exercise. Whether you are looking to increase your fitness level, spend more time in nature, or get active with others in the community, this program is for you! Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a moderately paced walk in one of our beautiful, local trail systems.

Tuesdays, July 16 - September 3, 5PM  - 5:30PM

Location will be at various Augusta area trails, as follows:

• Sessions 1 & 2 (July 16 & 23): Vaughan Woods, Hallowell
• Sessions 3 & 4 (July 30 & Aug. 6): UMA Trails, Augusta
• Sessions 5 & 6 (Aug. 13 & 20): Augusta Nature Education Center, Augusta
• Sessions 7 & 8 (Aug. 27 & Sept. 3): Viles Arboretum, Augusta
