Join NRCM Rising for an early fall hike around one of Southern Maine's most popular and iconic hiking destinations, Mount Agamenticus! Home to one of the most diverse habitats in all of Maine, Mount A is one of the few places with an ocean view at the summit. Protected in part by the Land for Maine's Future program, Mount A is a 30,000-acre gem.
We will meet at 1:00 p.m. at the Learning Lodge at the summit parking lot, and hike the loop trails around First and Second Hills. We will return to the parking lot around 3:00 p.m. and head to SoMe Brewing right down the road in York for an après hike pint or two. Your first beer is on us!
