There are four trails in the forest with varying uses and features. The 1.1-mile Spiller Homestead Loop leaves directly from the parking area, is easy and flat, and allows hiking and mountain biking. The 1.1-mile Grape Expectations extends to the south off the Spiller Homestead Loop, allowing both hikers and bikers a longer route. The 0.7-mile pedestrian-only Pismire Bluff Trail departs from the loop to cross Conesca Road and travels uphill to the viewpoint on Pismire Bluff, overlooking Crescent Lake. The Highlands Loop Trail is a 1 mile pedestrian-only trail that leaves from the Pismire Bluff Trail. Do all four trails if you’re up for a couple hours in the woods!
