Description

The trails include two loops for a total length of 1.5 miles.

The lower loop includes 5 fit stations including an Accessibility Station, Warm-Up Station, Strength Station, Aerobic Station, and a Contemplation/Cool Down Station.

The upper loop extends the walking/hiking trail through some unique terrain features such as small streams, rock outcroppings, a glade, a spring and a beautiful panoramic view. The last quarter mile is also a field maze which leads you through twists and turns until you reach the bottom.

With the trails, majestic feel, and tranquil qualities, this makes for a wonderful place of peace and where people of any ability can come to be active and participate in their own wellness. Although the upper trail is not accessible to people of all abilities, there is a lower section with an accessible smaller trail, gazebo, raised beds and picnic tables.
