No public restrooms available. There are two porta-potties near the concert venue but they are padlocked. The building down near Hortons also remains closed. This is ridiculous. I do not have any sympathy for the cities concerns regarding vagrant or drug usage... give someone a job by having them monitor the facilities. I really do not care what condition the restroom is in so long as there is one to use. The Brewer waterfront has the same issue. Good law abiding citizens not having a proper restroom because some people are drug addicts and abuse the privilege. This is a solvable problem.

The lower half+ of the river front trail is closed for the next year+ due to major underground storm water construction and Waterfront concert venue expansion. Hopefully When done it will be a great spot again.
