This hard-packed route circling around fields and recreational facitliies is ideal for jogging or for pushing strollers. It has a surface of reclaimed asphalt and contains only some slight grades. There is are pincic tables and a playground, as well as access to Unity Pond.

From its junction with ME-139 in the center of Unity, go north on US-202 for 0.7 miles to the Field of Dreams recreational fields on the left. There is plenty of parking in the Field of Dreams parking lot, from which the loop begins.
