The Fournier Biological Trail is a short, unsurfaced trail that leads behind the University of Maine Fort Kent multi-use athletic field and through the woods, past a small pond. The trail sports a series of gravel and log water bars to help control erosion at a steep spot near the pond. The trail is most often used as a shortcut from the Mills, Heritage, or SRTS Trails to access the Fort Kent Outdoor Center trails or the Lonesome Pine Ski Trails.
