Description

The Gully Trail (0.8 miles) is a large loop that circumnavigates the preserve. The Cross Ridge Trail (0.1 miles) bisects the Gully Trail, allowing for more exploration of the wetland zone, or a way to cut short the Gully Trail loop. The Farm Road loop goes the distance, by adding 0.2 miles to the Gully Trail loop. The Farm Road loop begins at the farthest end of the Gully Trail to the west.

A very pretty walk. Just a touch over a mile. I walked on an early spring day and it was lovely, though there were still downed tree limbs from winter storms. One climbs up a steep grade and down the same at the beginning and end of the trail, but nothing too difficult. Path could be better marked, but it is so small I suppose it would be hard to get lost. Bordered by Bowdoinham athletic fields and really lovely farm fields.
