This Kittery Land Trust-owned property is a 2.7 acre headland at the west end of Kittery’s town-owned Seapoint Beach. To access the headland, walk south along Seapoint Beach for 0.3 miles. The 0.25 mile trail around the headland hugs the rocky waterfront, around grass and shrub habitats. It provides breathtaking views to Nubble Light, the Isle of Shoals, and Cape Ann.

Kittery Land TrustFrom the US-1 / State Road traffic circle in Kittery, head south on ME-236 (Rogers Road / Shapleigh Road) for 1 mile. Continue straight onto ME-103 (Whipple Road) for 1.1 miles to a bridge, at which point Whipple Road becomes Pepperrell Road (still ME-103). 1.5 miles after the bridge, take a slight right onto Chauncey Creek Road. After another 0.9 miles continue straight over a bridge onto Seapoint Road. Go 0.8 miles to the end of Seapoint Road. The small parking lot a the end of the road for Seapoint Beach is reserved for Kittery residents (sticker required), but there is some space to park along the road.
