Description

Nature Trail
This trail is about 0.6 miles on a gentle sloping path, travelling through several mini-ecosystems. Signs along the way provide information about the surroundings, created by Cottrell School second grade students during the school year of 2016-17.

Boundary Trail
This 0.9 miles trail goes up hill and down across some wet areas, and passes a vernal pool. It follows a small brook, and large white pines, maples, and oak trees can be observed. The walker can see the regrowth of the forest resulting from the harvest of 2009-2010.

Other Information

The Nature Trail was complete in the fall of 2010, and the Boundary Trail was added in 2017.

Dogs are welcome and must be leashed.
