Earn the Chubby Hiker Badge!

If you follow the MTF Stories blog, you know that Paige Emerson, of Chubby Hikers Review, has become a Maine Trail Finder Ambassador to bring ongoing trail reviews and experiences of plus sized outdoor adventurers to the Maine Trail Finder community. (Read Enock's interview with Paige.) To further connect you with Paige's adventures, we are pleased to announce the new Chubby Hiker Badge! To earn the badge, all you have to do is hike five of the trails Paige has reviewed on MTF Stories.

How to Earn the Chubby Hiker Badge

First, make sure you have created a free MTF account. If you haven't done so before:

• Go to the Maine Trail Finder home page.
• Click the LOG IN button in the upper-right corner of the window.
• Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button at the bottom, and submit the requested information.

One of the cool things you can do when you have an MTF account is to log all of the trails you have hiked.

• Go to the trail page of the trail you hiked.
• Click the ADD TRAIL LOG button on the top right.
• Fill in and save the details of your hike. This is also a great place to save any notes about the trail that you might want to remember the next time you visit.

Hike and log five of the trails Paige has reviewed on MTF Stories, and you will receive the Chubby Hiker badge in your inbox! Paige will continue to review additional trails throughout the year, and each time she does those trails will be added to the pool of eligible trails. So be sure to check back often and follow Paige's blogs on MTF Stories to keep up with what trails she has hiked!
