Doesn't seem like much has changed since last comment. There is no sign at the road marking trail and the parking lot is some one's house and junk everywhere. This is a great place for birds and the marsh is only a few yards away. Lot's of potential but the trail needs a lot of love.

Unfortunately, this was an unpleasing experience. Parking invites you into what feels like somebody's back yard/junk pile. Once you're sure your doors are locked, the trail beckons you through the midst of a reeking bog with trash lining your path. As you enter the woods the path offers great signage, but after crossing two significant washouts within the first mile, we turned back at the demand of a third. We won't be back. August 2021
